Autodesk, a company and certain executives are facing a securities class action lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed on April 24 in California Northern District Court by the Rosen Law Firm. The defendants are accused of hiding the fact that the company did not have proper internal controls over financial reporting and fraud disclosure. The case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers with the case number 4:24-cv-02431, Barkasi v. Autodesk, Inc. et al.
